During the course of the year, inspired by the occurrence of museum exhibits, opportunities develop for members to take part in trips to collections and guided tours of museum and gallery exhibits.

Past museum visits have included the Frick Collection for the Edmund de Waal ceramics, the newly installed Meissen Gallery and an exhibition of faience. The Bard Graduate Center and The Metropolitan Museum have also been the sites of past tours.  A tour is being planned to The Metropolitan Museum to see the reinstallation of the galleries of British art.
